ZipRecruiter is an online employment marketplace that connects employers and job seekers using a platform powered by artificial intelligence. I was lead designer of ZipRecruiter's organic and promoted Instagram content. Previously, our Instagram had no consistent visual identity and was not reflective of our brand, featuring mostly unedited photos of employees. I led the creative effort in overhauling our Instagram feed and collaborated with a copywriter and our PR team to implement a consistent posting schedule and develop templates for different types of social content we could reuse for efficency and cohesion. I also designed cover images for blog posts.
