ZipRecruiter is an online employment marketplace that connects employers and job seekers using a platform powered by artificial intelligence. At ZipRecruiter, I was design lead on the Direct Mail channel, one of our largest based on spend. We sent over 5-10+ million pieces monthly to businesses of all sizes. I also managed the direct mail process from inception to completion – from asking the right questions in the initial briefing, rapid ideation and brainstorming, pitching a myriad of diverse and smart ideas, developing and refining creative based on feedback, facilitating communication and art direction with our agency/production partners, to executing production of print-ready final packages.
