ZipRecruiter is an online employment marketplace that connects employers and job seekers using a platform powered by artificial intelligence. Paid digital, primarily Facebook, LinkedIn, and display; is one of our largest marketing channels. Over my 3 years at ZipRecruiter, I created a variety of digital ads for both our employer and job seeker audiences. I distilled learnings from test results to optimize creative and further improve performance. In 2019, I created the best performing Facebook ad that beat our previous control and took its place as the new control ad.
